Description: Phoenix Financial Group is a nationwide tax resolution firm. We assist individuals and small businesses in resolving their tax issues with the IRS. With the economy in bad shape, more and more companies need our services, so we are growing.

We currently have two openings for administrative assistants. Within the industry, we refer to this as a "paralegal" position, but it is a hybrid position encompassing several skill sets, including general office work, basic number crunching, customer service, and tax research.

Our office is in a beautiful location right off the 14th green of the Indian Peaks Golf Course. We have a casual work environment, slightly flexible work scheduling, and significant opportunity for commissions and bonuses.

You will work closely with licensed associates to coordinate client and IRS actions towards a successful resolution of the client tax liabilities. Requires good math skills, attention to detail, ability to stay organized, and excellent telephone presence. Due to the specialized nature of our unique industry, we will train you on all the tax aspects of the job. However, you should bring to the table experience in the following areas: Microsoft Office, general computer skills, communication skills, experience in either bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, or cash handling and reporting.

Starting pay range is $10 to $13 per hour, depending on qualifications.
