Description: Theres an opening in our great 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apt beginning nov 1st. 2 photo nerds + 2 fat cats + you?
us:
- a 24 year old photographer from nyc in her senior year at SAIC. is beginning to get into video, and the combination of both mediums. is the official photographer at the mopery, and spends half her time there. loves talking about art, boobs, hegel, and fart jokes.
- a 27 year old photographer from portland, taking the year off from Columbia to work full time. serves $7 smoothies to rich dilsmacks all day (it sucks). has two furry fattie cats. loves films, familiar sarcasm, and the northwest.
you:
- responsible enough to pay your portion of rent/bills each month ON TIME.
- male or female in your last two years of undergrad, in grad school, or working.
- are into all things trashy and fabulous.
- are a smoker, or are at least ok with roomates smoking mostly in their rooms.
- can be messy and cluttered in your own space, but understand the difference between being messy and being dirty (and stay far away from the latter.)
- love art and making art.
- arent allergic to cats (or cameras).
the apt:
- 3 bedrooms on the top floor of a two story walk up.
- 3 minute walk to the spaulding entrance of the logan square blue line stop.
- good sized kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

$435/month, $465 security deposit. utilities generally run 30-60 bucks/month
