This is a 6 bedroom house right off of University Ave SE. It is right on the 16 bus route with a 5 minute ride to the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. You would be living with 3 girls and 2 guys, all of whom are extremely friendly and easy to get along with. The sublease would last from January or February to August. If you'd want to start the lease sooner that is an option, I can move out at any time. Utilities are not included in the price but tend to be about $50-$60 per person. Once again the price is negotiable so just make an offer and I will definitely consider it. If you need a bed I can also include a full size mattress and box spring. The price of the bed would have to be discussed. The kitchen and living room are both already fully furnished and you wouldn't need to bring anything for either of those.
