Description: Looking for someone to sublease a 1 bedroom in a 2 BR apartment at The Lofts at USC. I am moving in December and need someone to take over the lease from January ’10 through July. Rent is $540, with water, trash, cable, internet paid for, and there is a $50 electricity cap per person ($100 for the apartment). Free parking, located a minute away from one of USC’s shuttle stops.
