Description: It is a 4 BR/2 BA apt in Unversity Oaks, right across from the stadium! It is off campus student housing and the complex is gated. Utilities are included in the cost, simply just $480/month. You get your own room and sink in the bathroom (only share the shower and toilet). The apt is furnished (and bedroom furniture) and comes with all utilities and appliances in the kitchen. There is an on-site staff that will fix anything pertaining to the apt free of charge. There is a pool/hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, gym, yoga room, computer lab,and tanning bed in the club house. There is plenty of parking too! The other two roommates who will be living there are great girls, both junior students at USC. The leasing is individual, so you would only be responsible for your own lease.
