Description: Staffing Specialist – Key Accounts (Spanish Speaking Preferred)

Responsible For:
Ø Delivering high quality service to key accounts and associates by recruiting and matching skills of associates to the needs of key account positions
Ø Supporting contract utilization efforts by developing and retaining business of key accounts by up-selling, cross-selling and providing outstanding customer service
Ø Performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.

Client Relationship Management: Order Selling and Filling
· Main key account contacts; identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell where appropriate
· Conduct key account service calls to drive contract utilization efforts, ensure quality customer service and expand business.
· Office contact for order management e-tools.
· Make key skill telephone sales calls to acquire new business.
· Obtain detailed assignment information from key account and utilize it to provide the right associate.
· Interview and Test applicants using the Predictable Performance System to evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
· Administer the training of temporary employees to upgrade their skills for assignments.
· Final applicant selection to fill key account work orders with qualified temporaries.
· Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance using the phone and Quality Performance Program.
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of skilled candidates to fill a diverse range of job orders within various specialty areas. (i.e. IT, Engineering, Accounting and Professional)
· Perform customized orientations for associates to acclimate them to key account business, procedures, and responsibilities.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
· Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of customers and temporaries.
· Coach and Counsel temporaries to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction.
· Present Manpower's Automated Office Skillware, Ultradex, and Skill Measurement programs to customers in order to secure or maintain their business.
· Present Manpower’s HR consulting services to appropriate customers in order to secure or maintain their business.
Recruiting
· Asks the appropriate questions when taking job orders and receiving order information.
· Comprehend technical/professional job orders.
· Actively participate and/or complete assigned responsibilities of recruiting strategy and recruiting checklist.
· Interview and Test applicants using the Predictable Performance System to evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
· Utilize recruiting tools (i.e. Techbase, internet, Workforce ERP, Ultrasource) to fill open orders rapidly with qualified candidates.
· Analyze resumes accurately.
· Employ diplomacy and discretion when communicating with candidates.
· Record all communication with candidates and hiring managers in established technology tool, as appropriate Prescreen and Interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications utilizing the standard prescreen form.
· Conduct candidate reference checks. Use reference checks to develop additional candidate networking pool.
· Network with candidates by attending job fairs and other recruiting events.
· Assist with advertising
· Make contact with new graduates and placement offices at universities, colleges and technical schools.
· Make contact with user groups and professional societies.
· Coordinate and/or administer pre-employment assessments, as needed.
· Recruit temporary employees to form a pool of applicants for high demand skill areas.
Administrative Support
· Answer telephone to provide desired information for customers and temporaries.
· Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy. Find and fix errors.
· Check the credit ratings of customers.
· Implement company award programs to recognize the good performance of temporaries.
· Complete the SA16 record to log the week's sales/service activities.
· Key resource for worker compensation and unemployment administration.
· Responsible for applicant registration.

High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience helpful.
