| Description: | The bedroom is part of a 2BR 2BA and the other roommate is a UGA student who is quiet, clean, and respectful. We are looking for someone to sublease my room who is likewise very quiet, clean, respectful, and mature. The rent is $300 a month and I pay around $50-100 a month on gas, electricity, cable, and wifi. Overall each month I pay around $350-$400. The location is off Mark Twain Circle which is 3 miles from downtown and is close to the International Drive Athens Transit bus stop, Kroger, Publix, Jittery Joes, Vision Video, Tires Plus, Chick-fila, Shell gas station, etc. Also the neighborhood is very quiet with mostly families, graduate students, and young professionals. Also depending on your situation I could either leave the furniture that is already here or take it out before you move in. Some of the furniture includes a queen size bed, desk, dresser, couches, kitchen table, night stand, television, and coffee table. If you are interested in subleasing for the Spring and Summer of 2010 or would like to visit or see pictures please email me at the address above. Thanks for looking at the ad. |
