- Roommate already paid pet deposit (normally 300$) so skip that step!
- Fully furnished with washer and dryer, full kitchen with microwave and washing machine, screened in porch, high speed internet and cable included in rent.
- Clubhouse has 24 hour fitness center, largest pool in Athens, and free tanning bed.
- Electricity and water comes to about 50$ but cable and internet INCLUDED!!!
