To whom it may concern,
I have a 2 rooms available in a 3/3 town home. Each room is fully furnished with a bed, night table, dresser and has it's own bathroom!! The common areas are also fully furnished. Rent can be negotiated to include utilities or you can pay utilities on a monthly basis. It's located in a quiet neighborhood.

The townhome is located in town in between Tharpe and Tennessee St. which lends itself to a lot of access to different parts of central Tallahassee.

I am a graduating senior starting Graduate school this fall. I'm very neat in the shared areas and can respect your privacy needs. I'd love to have friendly roommates who enjoy hanging out at home and watching a movie or catching a drink at a local bar.
