Description: Looking for a Non-Smoking Clean, honest, person to rent a room with private bathrm in my home. $375 plus 1/2 utilites. Approximatly 10 minutes to downtown SLC, 15 minutes to Layton, 7 minutes to SLC Airport, and 16 min. to SLCC Redwood Campus. Close easy freeway access. First month's rent $375 and a $400 deposit ($200 refundable) are required to move in.
Rent includes Comcast basic cable and wireless internet connection. Spot in the garage for a small /medium car. Use of full-size washer and dryer, Central Air, Soft Water, gas fireplace, a fenced in backyard for privacy.
Must be a responsible adult who is finacialy resposible as well. No Pets. No smoking and No drugs are allowed. 6 month lease min. and application fee required. Ideal candidate would be honest, clean, respectful, out going, Employed, and easy to get along with. Must like cats.
