Description: I currently live with three wonderful girls, but I will be graduating In December. The sublet for my room is from January 2010 - May 2010.

The apartment is on Ackerman Ave. near its intersection with Stratford, and is on the top floor of a two-story house. There are a lot of awesome features including:

FREE parking behind the apartment
One bathroom
Dishwasher
Lots of pantry space
Front porch
Front and back entrances

The cost of utilities, internet, and basic cable will be shared with my roommates.
The room is really nice! It’s about 9’x11’ in size and includes:
