Description: This is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment at the University Village in Towson, MD. The rent is $799/month per person (i.e., per bedroom). My roommate and I will graduate from TU (Towson University) in December and we are looking for 2 people to pick-up our lease starting on January 1, 2010 and running thru August, 2010. This is a legal action per the terms of our lease whereby the University Village "releases" us and transfers the lease into the names of the new renters. Here is a link to the UV website http://uvtowson.com/floorplans; click on the 2BR/1BA image. As you can see, UV sets the rent so it's not something we can negotiate. However, we are willing to pay up to 1 month rent for you as an incentive to get you to rent this apartment. Please let me know if you and a roommate would be interested in this apartment starting in January 2010.
