Description: I have one rooms for rent in the quiet, historic neighborhood of Hilton Village. It's located about 3 miles south of CNU, off of Warwick Blvd.

The room is on the second floor and has its own shared full bath. The size is 10' x 12' and has a closet. There is also a linen closet in the hallway.

There is a living room that is available for use on occasion if you would like to have some friends over. There is a kitchen and I will give you some cabinet and fridge space to store some food and knick-knacks. I also have a backyard and laundry room.

Utilities are split.

This is a perfect environment for a student looking for a place to focus on schoolwork rather than partying. Male applicants only. Sex & drugs are not okay. Smoking is allowed outside.
