Southridge Rd. and the rent is just the apartment itself, utilities aren't included but those depend on what package of cable or how much power you use or what-not. It hasn't been very much so far for us. We are in desperate need of a subleaser or we will have to end up paying for next semester when neither of us will be here so that will be pointless and a waste of money. Definitely let me know if you are interested. Also, this unit is rented through Holton Mountain Rentals so you can talk to them about it also. Thanks =]
