Why? Looking to transfer part of my lease to a trustworthy, laid back person looking for a comfy place to live. I am being transfered for work Dec 1st and must pass off my lovely room, and awesome roommate.

Room overlooks the mountain and is very bright.
Bathroom renovated, appliances included and most furniture in the main areas. Laundry facilities in building. Heating included. Electricity and internet is split between the two roommates.
Close to St Denis street, Sherbrooke metro (5 minute walk), grocery, bank, restaurants, etc.
My roommate is a fun, laid back girl who is studying part time and works nights Tuesday through Friday: this would be great for a student or anyone that likes to spend evenings at home.
