All furniture is available however if u want to keep the bedroom u can buy it for 500$ if not u can bring ur own. Living room vailable with flat screen at no charge. I am an easy going fun person who is a young prof that has a 9-5 job. I go out on weekends and chill easy at home during the weekdays!
