Description: Become a part of a World class Call Center for our Northeast diagnostics client in Indianapolis, IN. Multiple Outbound Call Center Agent positions available immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Must possess Bachelor's degree or will obtain degree by May 2010
Must be flexible to work evenings and Saturdays

SUMMARY: The candidate must be a self starter who communicates well and works well with a team. Position entails:
· Building customer relationships through conducting survey and customer service calls to existing and potential customers to promote and market products.
· Responsibilities also include documenting and updating customer information through systematic data entry.
