Description: I am looking for a roommate, I have a place and am looking for someone to share rent. My girlfriend and I dont use the downstairs much and would like to rent it out. The basement is not entirely finished, but has carpet and a brand new bathroom installed a month ago. The house is fairly new and is nice. It is close to TJ High School and about 10-15 minutes from IWCC. Its a 3 bedroom with 1 3/4 bath. Rent is $375 a month and it includes a private bedroom, wireless internet, digital cable, all utilities paid, washer and dryer, and street parking. There will be a deposit, $100, it doesn't have to be paid right away. Pets will be considered. Don't smoke, don't drink. No drugs. I am a pretty laid back guy and get along with about anyone. Into cars, motorcycles, and what not, the girlfriend is going to school. Anyways, we're looking for someone who would be fun to live with thats around our age (18-25), male or female. There is not an exact date of move-in, but I might try and finish the rest of the basement before I have someone move in.
