Well, Lex has the one room but he isn't moved in. He just has been paying rent. I'm here he'd sublease it if someone wanted to rent it.

Yeah, you can have dogs, there is already a little dog here. You might have to pay a extra deposit for the dog. I'm moving out after this semester. Last day is December 17th I believe.
