Located at Unique Housing for Women on 15th and Pearl, you get your own bedroom and share a bathroom and kitchen with a few other girls. The room is HUGE with two walk in closets, and enough space for a desk, bed, futon, coffee table, TV, fridge and MORE! There are no utilities to pay at all, only $425 a month for rent plus FREE internet and cable! There's on site laundry too! You get the safety and fun of living in a dorm, but all the independence and privacy of living alone. Also, the person who subleases this apartment from me will get a TV and DVD player, AND mini fridge for absolutely free!
