December or January lease take-over of a large bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom in a three bedroom, three bathroom apt.

The rent will stay at my rent rate, $435 per month.
It is currently unfurnished, but if you wish to have the room furnished, the Grove has agreed to furnish the room at no extra cost. You would receive a full sized bed with frame, dresser, night-stands, and a desk.

Move-in can be either December or January; If you decide to move in during December, the month will already be paid for and will be free for you.

Utilities, internet, cable, washer and dryer included.

You will have the option of renewing the lease for the next year. This lease take-over applies from Dec '09 to July '10.
