Description: I am subleasing one bedroom and one bath in a 2br/2ba apartment in Oak Ramble apartments. There is a screened back porch and the kitchen has a dishwasher, washer and dryer are also present in the apartment. Oak Ramble has a front entrance off of Bruce B Downs and another off of 46th Street, you'll be minutes from USF, Mosi, Temple Terrace, University Mall and I-75 and 275. There are 2 pools and a fitness center. Dogs or other pets are okay, I have a rabbit so they must be friendly.

I need someone that can move in ASAP, rent will be prorated on move in date. Male or female roommate doesn't matter.

Everything is split down the middle regarding utilities and rent. Total rent will be $550 (Breakdown per person is as follows: rent is 425, water/sewage is 25, electricity is around $50, cable/internet is around $50.
