Description: 3 bedroom/2 full bath with large kitchen. Great living room with large fire place and dining room.

This house is very quainte! We have lived hear for a year and a half and have had very little problems with the property. The house is old but very spacious. Closet space is available but limited (trouble for shop-a-holics!).

The house is furnished with washer/dryer; refridgerator; stove; over. We have kept if very clean so no worries about mold growing in weird places!

Let me know is you are interested, we are moving out by December 1st!

is it $300 a month for the entire house or $300 a month each if there are 3 people living in it?
