Why? I recently moved to Maryland and am looking for someone to cover the remainder of my lease. You'll be living with 4 really fun guys in Bonnet Shores. Rent is $475/month plus utilities (split 5 ways).

Description: The house is a fully-furnished raised ranch. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living/dining room are, kitchen, and basement. Uses propane heat and seems fairly well-insulated.

I probably won't be around to give you a tour but can connect you with my roomates. They'll be able to show you around and answer any questions you might have. I don't have any photos right now but can try and get some if you'd like.

Our landlord expects full spring payment upfront, I think by 12/1 (I'll need to double-check the lease). I've already paid the security deposit plus all rent through January. You'll be responsible for reimbursing me for January plus paying Feb-May rent.

Let me know if you'd like to move in earlier. Since I've already paid Nov and Dec too, we'll figure out a lower price for those months so I can recouperate some of my loss.
