Description: I have a room to rent in my beautiful bi-level home in prestigious Twin Brooks (south Edmonton). I live in the basement and my quiet and very clean schoolteacher roommate lives upstairs. We are both easygoing 24 year old women who are 3 years into our careers. I'm looking for one more quiet, clean, responsible tenant to live in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. We share a bright and open kitchen, and modern living room upstairs. There is also a shared den (or office) for quiet study or reading that separates the two bedrooms. My current roommate loves that she can have her work in a separate room than her bedroom. All 3 bedrooms in the house are on opposite corners so there's a great separation of space. All 3 of us can be in the house and not in each other’s way at all!

Twin Brooks is a quiet family neighborhood surrounded by ravines. There are walking trails, a man made lake and a nature preserve only one block from the house. The south LRT expansion will link Twin Brooks directly to the U of A and downtown when it expands to Century Park. There is also a bus stop right outside the back gate. Great access to Anthony Henday Drive and many bus routes. The house is about 16 years old and has recently underwent renovations. The decor is modern but cozy and there's a bright skylight in the living room.
The room’s big window faces south and is very bright with natural light . Window coverings are provided. There are built in shelves, a good-sized closet plus there's an additional closet in the den. Additional storage is available the finished & heated crawl space or in the garage. There is also a deep freeze for your use. Nice deck with BBQ and huge backyard with fire pit. Satellite TV (with over 150 channels) and highspeed wireless internet are included. My 2 tenants will pay 25% of utilities each so we are all encouraged to be more "green".
