Description: It's a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment. The apartment complex is managed by USC Housing so you have to be a student, but they are very quick with maintenance requests and rent is charged to your student account. The building is safe they just installed security cameras. The apartment is on a street the houses USC students, it's on the North side of campus right next to Fraternity and Sorority Row. And just a 5 minute walk from campus.

The rent includes: private gym access, one parking spot, cable (including HBO and Showtime), wireless internet.

We are willing to give some furniture with the signing of the lease. As well as paying a certain amount toward utilities each month (so they will pretty much be free!!)
