Description: student efficiency at the ballpark in austin. on UT bus route, near HEB, CVS, and many fast food venues. free parking, covered parking is an additional fee. pets allowed! washer and dryer in unit. fully furnished. must be a current student with a student ID. quiet area. gym, pool, hot tub, and basketball court just a few feet away. soccer/football field also on grounds. gated community. cable and internet included. must set up and pay for electricity, but the bill is very reasonable. big closet and plenty of cabinet space. very roomy for one person!

I will be moving to Austin in the middle of January through April for an internship at Dell Childrens. I am very interested in subleasing your apartment and wanted to know it that would work for you. Do you have to be a student at UT?

you just have to have a student id...you can contact the ballpark apartment complex...they will be handling the changing over of the lease. their website is theballparkaustin.com thanks for your interest!
