| Description: | I am offering a sublease for 2064 Indianola, almost on the corner of Indianola and Lane. The sublease will be for the winter quarter however, it has the possibility of extending into the Spring or throughout the rest of the school year depending on your needs. I am graduating this Fall and then traveling abroad for the Winter. I do not necessarily have to come back to Columbus so I would prefer to lease the house out for the rest of the year but it is not necessary. This is a great location and is in the heart of off-campus housing. Food, campus, and many of the popular bars and just a few minutes away. The house is fully furnished: A/C, Central heat, 3 full bathrooms, garbage disposal, huge kitchen with lots of space, washer, dryer, very nice living room with a huge projector on the wall, pets allowed, off-street parking for a fee, fenced in backyard, and a 2nd floor balcony with a bar. The house is in great shape for more pictures and details of the house please see the links at the bottom of the post. There are seven other roommates in this house. One girl, the rest guys. It is a great group of people and very easy to get along with. Everyone is responsible and very respectful. They are all able to have fun but can be chill when it counts.
