THE REASON!
I am graduating from UT on December 5th and need a guy/girl to take my bedroom for the Spring and Summer 2010! (January through July 31st)

THE BEDROOM!
The bedroom connects to the kitchen and the living room and a hallway to a bathroom! It is 13.5 X 13.5 ft. exactly in size. You will have a spacious closet, a ceiling fan, and plenty of outlets for your electrical needs.

THE REST OF THE HOUSE!
The living room sports a dart board and a pool table that can be turned into a poker table. We have a large yard that wraps around the front and side of our house. The yard includes a firepit (where fires are made bi-weekly) and chairs. We also have a kegerator (keg refrigerator) on our porch. We have two dogs that are indoor/outdoor.

THE DEAL!
I am really desperate to get rid of my room so that I am not stuck paying 2 rent payments when I go to graduate school in the Spring! For everything, including rent, monthly electricity, water and gas bills, cable and internet, I am willing to start at $600 a month and go down to reach a price that you demand!
