Description: Three BU girls who are going abroad in January need sublets. We are flexible and will accommodate sublets who would like the apartment from January 2010 until May 2010 or until September 2010.
The apartment is newly painted, fully furnished including a large screen flat tv, and full sized beds.
A parking spot is available for only $150 a month if desired.
The rent including all utilities is an affordable $800 a month for two people. One room has a large walk in closet and the larger bedroom which has two closets can comfortably accommodate two people, allowing the rent to be split three ways.
The apartment has a full kitchen, balcony with a view from the twelfth floor, and LARGE living room.
The apartment located in Babcock Tower is very conveniently located directly across the street from a T-stop on the green line. Located right off of Commonwealth Ave, Babcock Towers is right next to Star Market, and numerous restaurants.

I would love to live there....but everyone I would want to live with is stuck in the dorms for the rest of the year :(
