Renting:

$395 a month. I'll pay for your dec. rent and no security deposit for $395.

Why? I'm going to be moving to Michigan the weekend of Dec. 12th and need someone to take over my lease. I'm starting school at MSU in Jan. It's a great house and the roommates are great too. One of the roommates, his mom and dad owns the house and take really good care of it. The other roommate is from Italy working on his Phd in Musicology. He's a great guy too. The kitchen, general areas, and bathroom stays clean. You would be able to move in on Dec. 14th or after. The room is a good size room, and the best part is that there is a nice closet with a lot of shelve space. There is a washer and dryer in the basement and all the appliances in the kitchen looks like they are brand new. The bathroom just got a new tile floor. This house is right across the street from the Ravine Market too! This is perfect for someone who is looking to move out of the dorms. It's about a 10-15 min walk to UC or the shuttle picks up a block down the street. As far as the security deposit, I will sign that over to you. That means come the end of august (when the lease is up) you get the whole security deposit ($395) to pocket for yourself.
