Description: Location: West Ghent, third story.

Animals: Yes but need to be neutered/spayed and declawed/soft paws for cats. I have 2 cats of my own here, so other animals are welcome.

Utilities NOT included: cable/internet, gas, and electric. ($11,$40, and $50 typically so around $100 for utilities each month)
Included utilities: water, waste disposal.

Parking-first come, first serve basis. Decals required (free).

Shared rooms: living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom.

We need window A/C units in summer, but in winter the apartment complex turns on the radiators and we don’t have to pay so, winter utilities are CHEAP!

We do not have a set of in house washer/dryers but there are some in the building, there is also a couple of Laundromats down the street.

We have nice neighbors next door to us, and some new musicians downstairs that are cooperative when they need to be. The maintenance is friendly and on-call for anything we need day or night. The building is old, but it is cheap and very safe.

The roommate that is here currently has only lived here for the semester and is transferring out of ODU for spring semester. You will need to be able to get on the lease so good credit and renter’s history is required.
