Description: This 6-bedroom house currently has 1 vacancy, and all rooms have their own bathroom. Remodeled about a year ago, there is a new and furnished kitchen (with gas stove/oven, fridge, and microwave), two public living areas, back yard/patio, two-car garage, plenty of parking, community pool, and bus stop right on the corner. Current residents are UCI students or recent graduates who are working. There is a puppy and a cat, though the cat stays in its room. We are not accepting any more pets.
Price is $750. Utilities are not included but are split every month among the residents (usually around $40/month).
Looking for clean housemates, no smoking and limited partying.
