Description: I need to sublet my bedroom in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. The apartment is located off 7th Ave. and Colonial, between the hospital and Thomasville Road in a small complex with quiet residents and ample parking.

The apartment has all appliances: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The bedroom is a modest size and has a big closet with plenty of storage. It is on the 2nd floor and overlooks 7th Ave.

My roommate is an art student and she is quiet, mature, clean and polite.

The lease runs through January through May. No deposit! You may keep mine at the end of the lease. The cable/internet is $15/mo. and the utilities are usually around $75/mo.

Females only, please. Preferably students or young professionals.

No pets.
