Description: I am currently seeking an individual to sublease my room. I live in LITERALLY the nicest apartment at Abbey West. There are hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, a porch, and accent lighting (all with dimmer switches to save on power). I live currently with 3 friends of mine in a 4 bedroom apartment. Each person has a room with a private bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. Abbey West amenities include computer room, weight/game room, swimming pool, tennis/volleyball/basketball courts, and dog park. I only pay $305/mth plus utilities.
