Safe area we have never had any problems, security officers patrol at night! Complex does a lot of pool parties and other special events for residents!

Apartment is $480 a month unfurnished, living area and bathrooms have hardwood, bedrooms are carpet. Each individual bedroom has ceiling fan, walkin closet and bathroom with tubshower! Bedroom doors have a deadbolt lock. Washer/Dryer, flat screen tv in living room, dishwasher, appliances, and garbage disposal included! Rent also includes power, cable, internet (wireless), and water! Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances!

Both leases are up on July 31, 2010! We are looking for subleasers ASAP, gender does not matter!
