Description: I think these used wheels would be ideal for making a yard cart or 2 wheeled wheelbarrow. The tires are hard plastic. The wheels are used, but in usable condition. They came with a bicycle trailer I bought, but I decided to replace these wheels with some better ones that I had. These wheels do not come with axles, but they can be made from 1/2" rod. The rod would have to be longer than the 2-3/8" width of the hub.
