Description: I am moving out very soon and need someone to take my place. I need to find someone within the month, so pretty much anytime you're ready you can move in. November rent is already paid, and I will pay the $200 move-out fee myself.

The room is part of a four bedroom, four bathroom suite (so you have your own private bathroom) and there are only two roommates (both guys are Engineering juniors at KU), so it's always clean, quiet and well kept. Room is on the third floor of the building and in the corner, so it doesn't share walls with another suite. I also signed up for a car port so you can take that if you want as well. We signed up for Sunflower Broadband internet and have a wireless router set up, which is about 20x faster (not exaggerating) than the default internet at the Reserve. That's about $20 per roommate a month, so it's well worth it. Altogether we're set up pretty nicely here.
