Ample parking downstairs for guests and residents. Villas are within walking distance of UTC mall and bus transits. Washer and Dryer are in unit and the apartment is currently equiped for cable internet and TV.
All of the girls are UCSD seniors, hard workers, and are not big partiers. Good environment for studying and relaxing nights at home. :] No furry pets please.
