how much do utilities generally runa month?
Hank Ebner

Hank Ebner commentedat 12:28 PM on November 5, 2009

Utilities are variable. Over the winter, the electric bill can get high (up to 70/month) because the heater is electric and I like to stay warm! Otherwise, over the spring, summer, and fall, this bill only gets up to around $30/month. The utilities from the city are around $30/month year round. Total, over the winter I have paid up to $100 per month for all utilities, over the warmer months, I have paid as low as $40/month. Hope this helps!

Pets?
Hank Ebner

Hank Ebner commentedat 01:31 PM on November 11, 2009

yes, pets are allowed. You would need to sign something with heritage property management (the people I rent from) letting them know that you have a pet. The fee is an additional $25/month.
