I need someone to take over my lease only 6 more installments left ( 776 x 6 = $4656) lease ends june30, 2010. IF you move in now two free month of rent. from NOVEMBER till JUNE.
The rent includes but not limited to:
-own room with full size bed, desk/chair, drawer, closet, and small table.
-own bathroom
-shared kicthen with three other people ( they dont cook ) microwave, fridge, and stove with a working oven.
-shared fully furnished livingroom for guest.
-rent covers utilities water, electricity, gas
-cable tv, includes over 75 channels
-washer and dryer
-one parking spot ( two if needed)
-public swimming pool
-computer lab
-tanning room
-billard and ping pong fun room
-simple gym room
-security on duty at night to ensure safety
YOU will be living with three other male ( 19 to 20 years old college students) two asian plus one latino, they are quiet, nice and approachable.
The only reason i need to get rid of the lease is because i graduated from UC Riverside this quarter and will not be living there anymore.
