We have full kitchen appliances, washer and dryer in the unit. 3 female room mates who are students at UofA; everyone is clean and respectful. Hey I am very interested in possibly taking over your lease. I am moving to Tucson in January to start Graduate School. I am coming to visit this week so I would need to see the apartment sometime when I am visiting. I am very clean, respectful and very easy to get along with.
