Description: I am trying to get someone to take over my lease for my bedroom at the University Heights. It is a 4x4 apt with 3 really cool girl roommates. Nice view and super close to Texas State bus stop. It is a furnished apartment and the lease is up at the end of July. Can move in ASAP.

Does the rent include any utilities and what is the pet weight limit?

The utilities are not included. They are split 4 ways-coming to about 20 per month. I believe the pet weight limit is 40 lbs, but I see bigger dogs around.
