Description: It's a great studio apartment that's located just two blocks from the Memorial Union. You can easily walk anywhere on campus. The apartment includes a balcony as well and is very nice, kept up well, and clean. My roommate and I comfortably fit in this apartment and saved tons on rent. :) Internet, tv, and phone is included with the rent. The only thing you need to pay for is electricity.

It will be available 01/02/2010 until 07/30/2010. Of course, if you love it just as much as we did, you can renew the lease for the upcoming year. (Great neighbors as well. Very quiet.)
