The current occupants are in our 20s and work full time. We are very laid back and keep the house very clean. We also have two small dogs.
The rent is $600 a month, plus utilities (which are split evenly between the roommates). You won't find a deal like this in those small apartments near campus!

The first bedroom will be available December 8th, and the second bedroom will be available January 3rd, but you can tour the house now. You won't find a better deal or a nicer home!!

I currently live here and I love it! The house is in great condition. The neighborhood is wonderful and I love coming home everyday and being home. Such a great, great place to call home! :)
