Description: I'm living in a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a fenced in privacy yard and 3 season porch. The back yard has a patio with lawn equipment and BBQ. I have a 10x10 bedroom available. The home has central air, wired, and wireless internet. Cable TV can be made available upon request. All utilities would be covered in this expense including internet.
The home is 3 blocks from Como Lake, 5 minutes from Como Zoo and right next to Energy Park Drive. The home is a 15 to 20 minute bike ride to Dinky Town by Energy Park Drive. There is also a bus route 1.5 blocks from my home which heads to St. Paul and the UofMN.
I'm a 25 year old college graduate who works full time during the day and might be going back to school for a master's degree in the evenings. I tend to keep things clean around the house and I enjoy a low key environment and I occasionally have people over on the weekends or during the week. Iâm outgoing, very active (physically), and like going out a lot. If you are interested, please feel free to send me a comment or message. I will also try to get pictures up later today. Iâm very much open to having either male or female roommates.

I just happened to come across your listing. I am looking to move to the area in the near future to start a Masters program. I assume you are looking to fill the room asap and it would be at the earliest probably summer before I make the move...
