Looking for roommate starting January 2010 for $800.

Why? My current roommate is finishing her degree in December, so I'm looking for someone to take her place.

Description: My place is the top two floors of a brownstone townhouse on Temple Street (Temple and Trumbull). Here are some of the features:
- 2 bedroom/2 bath (each of us has one bathroom)
- modern kitchen w/ less than 3 yr old appliances, including dishwasher
- in-unit clothes washer/dryer
- fully furnished with less than 2 yr old furniture (i think she’s also leaving her ikea bed)
- 42″ HD tv
- central heat and a/c
- hardwood floors downstairs, carpeted upstairs
- i have no pets but wouldn’t be opposed if landlord agrees
- close proximity to Gourmet Heaven, Koffee on Audubon, Caseus, Central Yale Campus, FES, and Science Hill (i walk 5-7 minutes to Kroon). The location is fabulous and incredibly safe, as it is literally on Yale’s campus. It’s also 3 blocks from New Haven green and downtown.

I’ve included a few pics. Rent is $800/month plus utilities (~$100). Move-in date is Jan. 1 and lease ends June 30, 2010 but there is a possibility of extension.
