Description: Hello =)
I am looking for someone to share the master bedroom for $500 with a female roommate. The room is very large, it is approx 16 x 17 ft.

If you are going to UCSD, it is a VERY convinient location, it is right across the street from the MTS bus stop that is on the corner of La Jolla Village Dr and Regents Rd, there are buses that go straight to school ( 41,30,150,101 )

The condo is very large (1700 sq ft), the living area is spacious, there is a living room and fireplace downstairs, and a dining room upstairs. we have a full size washer and dryer in our garage, patio and nice kitchen too.

The common areas are furnished, I have couches and a dining room table, TV as well as dishes, etc for the kitchen. The bedroom is furnished as well, there is a bed and desk if you need them. Bedroom also comes with bathroom and shower.

In the complex there is a pool, hot tub, two saunas, tennis courts and raquetball courts.

There are a few shopping centers, theater and a mall close by ( it is an area close to a college...)

All of us are students, and we are looking for a clean and courteous and responsible roomie, we are very respectful, and looking for the same! =)
