Description: The room available is about 10ftx12ft and sits on the NW corner of the home facing the street. Room has 2 wide windows common of homes built in the 70's and a closet about 7ftx2ft. We are a house of bachelors and we party and make noise if this or dogs are a concern this is not the room for you. I'm looking to close the deal by the end of November when we loose our current roommate. The room should be vancant by the middle of the month if you wish to check it out and if you move in before the first of Dec. you can have the tween time for free.
