We want to sublet it for the period of Jan 2010 to July 31st, 2010

3) A Dinner Table with extension
4) 4 Chairs with the Table
5) Two study desks and one bookshelf
6) Two beds (with metal frames, box springs and mattresses)

The apartment has a kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven

The apartment also has a washer/dryer

The apartment and carpet has recently been cleaned by professionals. Also the bathroom tiles are under the process of being changed.

Additionally, who ever decides to sublet can keep all the furniture once the lease expires and can either sell it off or take it to their new place.
